Arts Mission

The faculty and staff at Hendrix IB World school strive to create a community of learners through inquiry by providing a safe environment of artistic and culturally diverse experiences to create an aesthetic appreciation of the arts.

Arts Vision

Students at Hendrix Elementary IB World School experience a wide range of artistic pursuits through the visual arts, performing arts, and literary arts.

Arts Goals

• To increase professional development opportunities for teachers with an arts focus.
• To increase artistic opportunities for students beyond the normal arts classes.
• To engage community partnerships and cultivate community resources.
