This institute is taught by master teachers and coaches from each arts area and provides participants with resources and strategies to:
- develop and present complex standards-based learning based on the 2017 South Carolina College- and Career-Ready Standards for Visual and Performing Arts Proficiency with embedded assessment;
- study models of best instructional practice;
- work with colleagues to review SLOs that could be implemented at the classroom level; and
- study arts education support strategies and develop a multi-arts professional network.
