Arts Vision
The Fine Arts Center commits to the continual growth of our students by providing unique, unparalleled opportunities to:
- Advance within their disciplines and across other disciplines to create progressive learning experiences
- Practice their craft in contemporary facilities that meet or exceed industry standards
- Extend themselves through challenging curriculum delivered by practicing artist-teachers who are experts in their field

- South Carolina’s first public arts high school; tuition-free pre-professional education provided by a faculty of teaching artists.
- FAC seniors annually receive over 10 million dollars in scholarship offers; we value teachability and tenacity over talent.
- Named an Arts Schools Network Exemplary School
- New summer arts program for students from title one schools, funded by a large grant from Greenville women’s giving
- 3 students have earned perfect scored in AP studio arts and ap theory since 2021
